Tickets for the 2024 Next Gen ATP Finals are now on sale as Jeddah gets ready to greet the top male tennis players in the world.The second in a five-year agreement between the Association of Tennis Professionals and the Saudi Tennis Federation, the 2024 tournament highlights the future tennis stars.


Presented by the Public Investment Fund, the 2024 Next Gen ATP Finals will take place on hard indoor courts at King Abdullah Sports City from Dec. 18 to 22 with an enhanced total prize fund of $2.05 million. Starting SR30, tickets and packages

Originally scheduled for 2017, the finals will take place at Jeddah in 2023. It was a historic turning point since it was the first professional tennis tournament hosted in Saudi Arabia and significantly contributed to the goal of the Saudi Tennis Federation to motivate a million people to pick up the game by 2030.

President of the Saudi Tennis Federation Arij Mutabagani said: "Building on the success of last year's tournament, we are delighted to welcome the Next Gen ATP Finals presented by PIF back to Jeddah for the second year. This event not only features the future tennis stars but also emphasises our will to support a lively sports culture in Saudi Arabia.

"The finals play a vital role in igniting passion and interest among Saudi fans and young players by bringing the best young talent in the world to our doorstep. Our vision calls for 1 million people to play tennis by 2030."

"This tournament is a glimpse into the future of tennis, and we are proud to partner the Saudi tennis Federation to bring it to life," said chairman Andrea Gaudenzi of ATP. We want to motivate a fresh generation of tennis players, both in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere, by highlighting the skill and ambition of these young athletes.

Based on their Race to Jeddah ranking points gathered over the 2024 ATP Tour, the top seven players make it for the Next Gen ATP Finals. A wildcard entry will occupy eighth place.

Once the season of the ATP Challenger Tour ends on December 2, the final field will be confirmed. The final winner will join a star-studded list of Next Gen ATP Finals champions including current world No. 1 Jannik Sinner, four-time major champion Carlos Alcaraz, and 11-time ATP Tour winner Stefanos Tsitsipas.

With the eight players divided into two groups of four, the finals take a round-robin style. Group A houses the top seed; Group B houses the second seed; the remaining seeds are drawn in pairs and assigned to a group. The Group A winner faces Group B runner-up and vice versa as the top two from each group move to the knockout semifinal.

Designed to make tennis faster and bring fans closer to the action and players, the Next Gen ATP Finals are well-known for their innovative idea and unusual structure.

They complement the aim of the Saudi Tennis Federation, which is to draw one million players to the game while fostering and supporting young native talent. Working with the Saudi Sports For All Federation, among several new projects is the "Tennis For All" program, meant to introduce the sport to almost 60,000 boys and girls in schools all around the Kingdom.ged twenty or below.
